Brent Jensen is committed to client satisfaction. Refunds are applicable within ten days of delivery and returns or exchanges must be made within thirty days of delivery. As part of my extended studio policy on artwork returns, a studio credit will be issued for any returned artwork for up to six months after purchase and delivery. Studio credits are based on the price paid for any artwork at the time of purchase, excluding sales tax and delivery charges. Artworks specially commissioned by a client are exempt from this policy.
